١. نطاق هذه السياسة1. Scope of this policy

هذه السياسة توضح كيف تتعامل لعبة الأعلام «علم أي دولة؟» مع المعلومات، التزامًا بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL) وسياسات متجر Apple.This policy explains how the Flags Game — Which Country's Flag? — handles information, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Apple's App Store policies.

٢. البيانات التي لا نجمعها2. Data we do not collect

• لا نجمع الاسم الحقيقي أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الجوال أو الموقع الجغرافي.We do not collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location.
• لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو معرّفات تسويقية.We use no ad-tracking tools or marketing identifiers.
• لا نعرض إعلانات من أي نوع.We show no ads of any kind.
• لا نطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول خاص بنا.We require no account or sign-in of our own.

٣. المعلومات التي تبقى على جهازك3. Information that stays on your device

إعدادات اللعبة (اللغة، طريقة اللعب)، الأسماء المستعارة والصور الرمزية التي تختارها للاعبين، والنقاط والنجوم — كلها تُحفظ محليًا على جهازك فقط، وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق.Game settings (language, play style), the nicknames and avatars you choose for players, and points and stars — all are stored locally on your device only, and are removed when you delete the app.

٤. الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور4. Camera and photo library

تطلب اللعبة إذن الكاميرا فقط عندما تختار التقاط سيلفي كصورة رمزية للاعب، وإذن مكتبة الصور فقط عند اختيار صورة منها. تُعالَج الصورة على الجهاز (قصّ وتصغير) ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم. يمكنك دائمًا اختيار شخصية كرتونية بدلًا من ذلك دون أي أذونات، وحذف الصورة في أي وقت من شاشة اختيار الصورة الرمزية.The game asks for camera access only when you choose to take a selfie avatar, and photo library access only when you pick a photo. The image is processed on-device (cropped and downscaled) and is never uploaded to any server. You can always pick a cartoon character instead — with no permissions at all — and remove the photo at any time from the avatar picker.

٥. اللعب على الشبكة المحلية5. Local network play

عند اللعب الجماعي المحلي، تتصل الأجهزة ببعضها مباشرة عبر تقنية Multipeer Connectivity من Apple باتصال مشفّر بين الأجهزة. يُرسَل الاسم المستعار وصورة رمزية مصغّرة إلى الأجهزة المشاركة في نفس الجلسة فقط — ولا تمر أي بيانات عبر الإنترنت أو خوادم خارجية. ويطلب iOS إذن «الشبكة المحلية» ليتمكن التطبيق من العثور على الأجهزة القريبة، ويُستخدم هذا الإذن لهذا الغرض فقط.During local multiplayer, devices connect directly to each other over Apple's Multipeer Connectivity with an encrypted device-to-device link. The nickname and a small avatar thumbnail are sent only to devices in the same session — nothing travels over the internet or through external servers. iOS asks for the "Local Network" permission so the app can discover nearby devices; it is used for that purpose only.

٦. اللعب الأونلاين عبر Game Center6. Online play via Game Center

اللعب عن بُعد يتم عبر خدمة Game Center التابعة لشركة Apple بالدعوات بين اللاعبين فقط — لا يوجد لعب عشوائي مع غرباء. تُدار هوية Game Center وبياناتها من قبل Apple وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple؛ نحن لا نطّلع عليها ولا نخزنها، ويظهر اسمك المستعار في Game Center للاعبين المدعوين أثناء المباراة فقط. يمكن للوالدين تعطيل اللعب الجماعي أونلاين بالكامل عبر «مدة استخدام الجهاز» (Screen Time) في إعدادات iOS.Remote play uses Apple's Game Center by player invitation only — there is no random matchmaking with strangers. Your Game Center identity and its data are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we neither access nor store them, and your Game Center nickname is visible only to invited players during a match. Parents can fully disable online multiplayer via Screen Time in iOS Settings.

٧. المشتريات داخل التطبيق7. In-app purchases

عمليات الشراء (مثل فتح النسخة الكاملة، وهي شراء واحد غير متكرر) تتم بالكامل عبر App Store وتعالجها Apple، وتدعم «مشاركة العائلة». لا نستلم أو نخزن أي بيانات دفع — لا أرقام بطاقات ولا معلومات فوترة.Purchases (such as the Full Version, a one-time non-consumable purchase) are processed entirely by the App Store and support Family Sharing. We never receive or store any payment data — no card numbers, no billing information.

٨. خصوصية الأطفال8. Children's privacy

صُممت اللعبة لتكون آمنة للعب العائلي: لا محادثات نصية أو صوتية داخل التطبيق، لا روابط خارجية أثناء اللعب، ولا جمع لأي بيانات من أي مستخدم — أطفالًا كانوا أو بالغين. اللعب المحلي محصور بالأجهزة على نفس شبكة الواي فاي ويعمل دون إنترنت، واللعب الأونلاين بالدعوات فقط. ننصح الوالدين بإدارة اللعب الأونلاين عبر «وقت الشاشة» و«مشاركة العائلة» من Apple.The game is built for safe family play: no text or voice chat in the app, no external links during play, and no data collection from any user — child or adult. Local play is limited to devices on the same Wi-Fi and works offline; online play is invite-only. We encourage parents to manage online play with Apple's Screen Time and Family Sharing.

٩. بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص9. Crash and diagnostics data

قد تشارك Apple معنا تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية إذا كنت قد وافقت على ذلك في إعدادات جهازك (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التحليلات). هذه التقارير لا تتضمن هويتك وتُستخدم فقط لإصلاح المشكلات.Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us if you have opted in on your device (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics). These reports do not identify you and are used solely to fix problems.

١٠. حقوقك10. Your rights

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، لك حق العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك وطلب حذفها. ولأننا لا نخزن بيانات شخصية على خوادمنا، يكفي حذف التطبيق لإزالة كل بياناتك المحلية. لأي استفسار تواصل معنا عبر support@sahhara.app.Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to know how your data is processed and to request its deletion. Since we store no personal data on our servers, deleting the app removes all your local data. For any question, contact support@sahhara.app.

١١. التغييرات على هذه السياسة11. Changes to this policy

عند تحديث هذه السياسة سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في استخدام اللعبة بعد التحديث يعني اطلاعك على النسخة المحدثة.When we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the game after an update means you have seen the updated version.
