Services differ by app: some are entirely local, while others use a random service identity, purchases, or user-submitted content. Each app's policy below provides the exact details.

«سَحّارة» منصة ألعاب عائلية يمكن استخدام تطبيقاتها أيضًا في المدرسة. هذه الصفحة تشرح مبادئ الخصوصية المشتركة لجميع تطبيقاتنا وموقعنا، التزامًا بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL) وسياسات متجر Apple.Sahhara is a family games platform whose apps may also be used in schools. This page explains the privacy principles shared by all our apps and our website, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Apple's App Store policies.
٢. مبادئنا في جميع التطبيقات2. Our principles across all apps
- لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو معرّفات تسويقية في أي تطبيق.We show no ads and use no ad-tracking tools or marketing identifiers in any app.
- لا نطلب حسابًا مسمّى لمجرد الانضمام إلى اللعب؛ وقد يستخدم تطبيق معين هوية خدمة عشوائية في الخلفية أو ربط Apple اختياريًا، كما توضحه سياسته.We do not require a named account merely to join play; a particular app may use a random service identity in the background or optional Apple linking, as its policy explains.
- لا محادثات نصية أو صوتية داخل تطبيقاتنا، واللعب الجماعي محلي بين الأجهزة القريبة أو بالدعوات فقط.No text or voice chat in our apps; multiplayer is local between nearby devices or invite-only.
- نطبّق مبدأ تقليل البيانات: ما يمكن حفظه على جهازك يبقى على جهازك.We practice data minimization: whatever can stay on your device stays on your device.

موقع sahhara.app صفحات ثابتة: لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (كوكيز) ولا أدوات تحليلات ولا نماذج تجمع بيانات. الشيء الوحيد الذي يُحفظ في متصفحك هو تفضيل اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي) عند تبديلها، ويبقى على جهازك.sahhara.app is a static website: we use no cookies, no analytics, and no data-collecting forms. The only thing saved in your browser is your language preference (Arabic/English) when you switch it, and it stays on your device.
٥. بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص5. Crash and diagnostics data
قد تشارك Apple معنا تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية إذا كنت قد وافقت على ذلك في إعدادات جهازك (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التحليلات). هذه التقارير لا تتضمن هويتك وتُستخدم فقط لإصلاح المشكلات.Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us if you have opted in on your device (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics). These reports do not identify you and are used solely to fix problems.
٦. خصوصية الأطفال6. Children's privacy
صُممت تطبيقاتنا لتكون آمنة للعب العائلي: لا محادثات داخل التطبيقات، لا روابط خارجية أثناء اللعب، والميزات الأونلاين — حيثما وُجدت — بالدعوات فقط. ننصح الوالدين بإدارة الاستخدام والمشتريات عبر «وقت الشاشة» وإعدادات الموافقة على الشراء والرقابة الأبوية لدى Apple. لا توفر سحّارة حساب عائلة داخليًا. وحيثما تطلب ميزة إنشاء محتوى موافقة تعاقدية، نشترط أن يكون المستخدم بالغًا أو أن يوافق ولي الأمر نيابة عنه.Our apps are built for safe family play: no in-app chat, no external links during play, and online features — where they exist — are invite-only. We encourage parents to manage use and purchases through Screen Time, purchase-approval settings, and Apple's parental controls. Sahhara does not provide an internal family account. Wherever a content-creation feature requires contractual consent, we require the user to be an adult or to have a parent or guardian accept on their behalf.

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، لك حق العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك وطلب الاطلاع عليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. توضح سياسة كل تطبيق كيفية ممارسة هذه الحقوق فيه، ولأي استفسار تواصل معنا عبر support@sahhara.app.Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to know how your data is processed and to request access, correction, or deletion. Each app's policy explains how to exercise these rights in that app, and for any question you can contact support@sahhara.app.
٨. التغييرات على هذه السياسة8. Changes to this policy
عند تحديث هذه الصفحة أو أي سياسة تطبيق سننشر النسخة الجديدة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في استخدام التطبيقات بعد التحديث يعني اطلاعك على النسخة المحدثة.When we update this page or any app policy, we will publish the new version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the apps after an update means you have seen the updated version.
