١. نطاق هذه السياسة1. Scope of this policy

«سحّارة ألعاب» تطبيق مسابقات عائلي يعمل بحزم أسئلة موقّعة (‎.sqpak). هذه السياسة توضح كيف يتعامل التطبيق مع المعلومات، التزامًا بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL) وسياسات متجر Apple.Sahhara Games is a family quiz party app powered by signed question packs (.sqpak). This policy explains how the app handles information, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Apple's App Store policies.

٢. ما لا نجمعه أبدًا2. What we never collect

• لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو معرّفات تسويقية.We show no ads and use no ad-tracking tools or marketing identifiers.
• لا نجمع الاسم الحقيقي أو رقم الجوال أو الموقع الجغرافي.We do not collect real names, phone numbers, or location.
• لا نطلب من اللاعب إنشاء حساب مسمّى أو إدخال بريد أو كلمة مرور؛ الانضمام يتم برمز الغرفة أو QR. ويستخدم التطبيق هوية Firebase عشوائية في الخلفية كما في القسم ٧ مكرر.Players are not asked to create a named account or enter an email address or password; joining uses a room code or QR code. The app uses a random Firebase identity in the background as described in Section 7A.
• لا توجد محادثات نصية أو صوتية داخل التطبيق.There is no text or voice chat in the app.

٣. ما يبقى على جهازك3. What stays on your device

إعدادات التطبيق (اللغة وطريقة اللعب)، أسماء اللاعبين والفرق المستعارة، سجل المباريات المكتملة، الحزم المثبتة، ومسودات الحزم التي تؤلفها — كلها تُحفظ محليًا على جهازك. كل حزمة مثبتة «مختومة» على الجهاز نفسه بمفتاح خاص لا يغادر الجهاز ولا يُنسخ احتياطيًا. حذف التطبيق يحذف كل هذه البيانات المحلية.App settings (language, play style), player and team nicknames, your completed-match history, installed packs, and pack drafts you author — all are stored locally on your device. Every installed pack is sealed to that device with a key that never leaves it and is excluded from backups. Deleting the app deletes all of this local data.

٤. اللعب الجماعي المحلي4. Local party play

عند اللعب الجماعي، تتصل جوالات اللاعبين بجهاز المُقدِّم مباشرة عبر الشبكة المحلية (حتى ٤٠ لاعبًا)، أو عبر اتصال مباشر بين الأجهزة دون شبكة (حتى ٨ أجهزة). يُرسَل الاسم المستعار للاعب إلى أجهزة الجلسة نفسها فقط — لا تمر الأسئلة ولا الإجابات ولا النقاط عبر الإنترنت أو أي خادم خارجي. يطلب iOS إذن «الشبكة المحلية» ليتمكن التطبيق من العثور على الأجهزة القريبة، ويُستخدم لهذا الغرض فقط.During party play, players' phones connect directly to the host's device over the local network (up to 40 players) or device-to-device with no router (up to 8). A player's nickname is sent only to devices in the same session — no questions, answers, or scores ever travel over the internet or through any external server. iOS asks for the "Local Network" permission so the app can discover nearby devices; it is used for that purpose only.

٥. الشاشة الخارجية / التلفاز5. External display / TV

عرض المسابقة على التلفاز عبر AirPlay أو وصلة HDMI هو امتداد لشاشة جهازك فقط، ولا يتضمن أي جمع أو إرسال بيانات إضافي من طرفنا.Showing the quiz on a TV via AirPlay or an HDMI adapter simply extends your device's screen; it involves no additional data collection or transmission by us.

٦. الكاميرا والصور والميكروفون6. Camera, photos, and microphone

تُطلب الكاميرا فقط لمسح QR، ومكتبة الصور فقط عند اختيار وسائط لحزمة أو سمة تؤلفها. ويُطلب الميكروفون فقط عند تشغيل لعبة تفاعلية تعتمد مستوى الصوت؛ يعالج التطبيق مستوى الصوت لحظيًا على الجهاز ولا يسجل الكلام أو يحفظه أو يرسله إلى خوادمنا. لا تُرفع الوسائط المختارة إلا إذا قدّمت الحزمة أو السمة للمراجعة والتوقيع.The camera is requested only to scan a QR code, and the photo library only when you choose media for a pack or theme you author. The microphone is requested only when you play an interactive sound-level game; the app processes the level live on the device and does not record, retain, or upload speech. Selected media is uploaded only if you submit the pack or theme for review and signing.

٧. المشتريات داخل التطبيق7. In-app purchases

تعالج Apple الدفع ولا نستلم أرقام البطاقات أو معلومات الفوترة. للتحقق من الاستحقاق ومنع إعادة استخدام إثبات الشراء، قد يرسل التطبيق إلى خوادمنا معرّف Firebase العشوائي ومعرّفات المنتج والمعاملة وحالة الاستحقاق أو الإلغاء. نستخدمها فقط للتحقق من الشراء والاستعادة ومنع الاحتيال وخدمة التنزيل.Apple processes payment, and we do not receive card numbers or billing details. To verify entitlement and prevent reuse of purchase proof, the app may send our servers the random Firebase identifier, product and transaction identifiers, and entitlement or revocation status. We use them only for purchase verification, restoration, fraud prevention, and download delivery.

٧ مكرر. هوية الخدمة وحماية التطبيق7A. Service identity and app protection

عند التشغيل ينشئ Firebase Authentication حسابًا عشوائيًا ويصدر رموز جلسة متجددة. ويمكنك اختياريًا ربطه بحساب Apple لحفظ الاستحقاقات والوصول عبر أجهزتك؛ قد تزودنا Apple بمعرّف مستخدم خاص بالتطبيق وبالبريد أو الاسم فقط إذا اخترت مشاركتهما في أول ربط. كما تستخدم خدمات Firebase وApp Attest/App Check بيانات تقنية مثل معرّف التطبيق والجهاز وعنوان IP وحالة سلامة الطلب لتشغيل الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام. لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات أو لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات الآخرين.At launch, Firebase Authentication creates a random account and issues renewable session tokens. You may optionally link it to Apple to preserve entitlements and access across devices; Apple may provide an app-specific user identifier and an email address or name only if you choose to share them during the first link. Firebase services and App Attest/App Check also process technical data such as app/device identifiers, IP address, and request-integrity status to operate the service and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

٨. حسابات المبدعين وتقديم الحزم8. Creator accounts and pack submission

ميزات المبدع اختيارية. عند تقديم حزمة أو سمة للمراجعة والتوقيع نجمع ونخزّن:Creator features are optional. When you submit a pack or theme for review and signing, we collect and store:

• محتوى الحزمة التي رفعتها (الأسئلة والإجابات والوسائط المضمّنة).The pack content you upload (questions, answers, and embedded media).
• سجل التقديم: معرّف حسابك، وتوقيتات التقديم، وحالة المراجعة، وخيار الظهور (عامة أو خاصة)، واسم المؤلف الذي اخترته، ونسخة «اتفاقية تقديم المحتوى» التي وافقت عليها.The submission record: your account ID, submission timestamps, review status, your visibility choice (public or private), the author name you chose, and the version of the Content Submission Agreement you accepted.

قد يتضمن الكتالوج العام حزمًا مقدّمة من المبدعين، إلا أن أي حزمة ‎.sqpak مقدّمة لا تُنشر تلقائيًا. تُجري سحّارة تحققًا آليًا ومراجعة بشرية وفق إطار المراجعة المعتمد قبل الموافقة عليها وتوقيعها من جهة الخادم وتوزيعها للعامة. تهدف المراجعة إلى تقليل المخاطر، لكنها لا تضمن اكتشاف كل خطأ أو مخالفة أو محتوى غير مناسب. ويمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن المحتوى المنشور لإعادة مراجعته أو تصحيحه أو إزالته أو إلغاء اعتماده.The public catalogue may contain creator-submitted packs, but no submitted .sqpak is published automatically. Sahhara performs automated validation and human review according to its review framework before approval, server-side signing, and public distribution. Review reduces risk but does not guarantee that every error, infringement, or inappropriate item will be detected. Users may report published content for further review, correction, removal, or revocation.

تُدار الحقوق الكاملة في اتفاقية تقديم المحتوى — الإصدار ٢ التي تُتاح لك قبل التقديم. تُحفظ الحزم وسجلات التقديم بحسب الحاجة للتوزيع وإعادة التنزيل والمحاسبة وحل النزاعات والالتزامات النظامية.The complete terms are in the Content Submission Agreement — Version 2, made available before submission. Packs and submission records are retained as needed for distribution, creator re-download, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

٩. الحذف والإبلاغ9. Deletion and reporting

يوفر التطبيق مسار «حذف الحساب» للحسابات العشوائية والمرتبطة بـApple؛ ويتطلب الحساب المرتبط إعادة مصادقة حديثة وإلغاء رمز Apple. نحذف حساب Firebase والبيانات الشخصية والحزم الخاصة والمحتوى الذي ألّفته واستحقاقات الخادم، ونوقف التوزيع الجديد للحزم العامة ونحذف نسخها الخادمة. لا يمكن حذف النسخ التي سبق تنزيلها على أجهزة الآخرين. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة فقط عند وجوب ذلك نظامًا أو للمحاسبة أو منع الاحتيال أو معالجة النزاعات أو إثبات الحقوق السابقة. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلة support@sahhara.app.The app provides Delete Account for both automatically created anonymous accounts and Apple-linked accounts; a linked account requires fresh Apple authorization and token revocation. We delete the Firebase account, personal data, private packs, authored content, and server entitlements, stop new distribution of public packs, and delete their server copies. Copies already downloaded to other users' devices cannot be erased. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or proof of previously granted rights. You may also contact support@sahhara.app.

الحسابات العشوائية غير النشطة: دعمًا لتقليل البيانات والحد من الحسابات غير المستخدمة، يجوز لنا حذف حساب Firebase العشوائي وبياناته الخادمة الخاصة بعد مرور ما لا يقل عن ١٨ شهرًا متصلة دون نشاط موثّق في خدمات سحّارة. لا يشمل ذلك الحساب المرتبط بـApple. وقبل أي حذف نعيد التحقق من عدم وجود تقديم قيد المراجعة أو محتوى عام موزع أو نزاع أو حجز نظامي أو سجل يجب الاحتفاظ به للمحاسبة أو منع الاحتيال أو إثبات الحقوق. ويؤدي أي نشاط مؤهل خلال المدة إلى إعادة احتساب مدة عدم النشاط. قد تفقد بعد الحذف إمكانية استعادة البيانات أو المحتوى المرتبط بذلك الحساب العشوائي؛ ويمكنك ربط الحساب بـApple قبل ذلك للمساعدة في استمرار الوصول عبر الأجهزة.Inactive anonymous accounts: To minimize retained data and limit unused accounts, we may delete an anonymous Firebase account and its private server data after at least 18 consecutive months without recorded activity in Sahhara services. This does not apply to an Apple-linked account. Before deletion, we recheck that there is no submission under review, publicly distributed content, unresolved dispute, legal hold, or record that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or proof of rights. Qualifying activity during that period restarts the inactivity period. After deletion, data or content associated with that anonymous account may no longer be recoverable; you may link the account with Apple beforehand to help preserve cross-device access.

١٠. خصوصية الأطفال10. Children's privacy

صُمم التطبيق للعب العائلي دون محادثات أو إعلانات، لكن الخدمات الخلفية تعالج الهوية العشوائية والبيانات التقنية المبينة أعلاه لجميع الأجهزة. لا نطلب من الطفل اسمًا حقيقيًا أو بريدًا. ولا يجوز للقاصر تقديم محتوى أو ربط حساب أو إجراء شراء دون موافقة ولي الأمر وإشرافه، ويجب أن يقبل ولي الأمر اتفاقية تقديم المحتوى نيابة عنه حيث يسمح النظام.The app is designed for family play without chat or advertising, but backend services process the random identity and technical data described above for all devices. We do not ask a child for a real name or email address. A minor must not submit content, link an account, or make a purchase without parental permission and supervision; where legally permitted, the parent or guardian must accept the Content Submission Agreement on the minor's behalf.

١١. بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص11. Crash and diagnostics data

قد تشارك Apple معنا تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية إذا كنت قد وافقت على ذلك في إعدادات جهازك (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التحليلات). هذه التقارير لا تتضمن هويتك وتُستخدم فقط لإصلاح المشكلات.Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us if you have opted in on your device (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics). These reports do not identify you and are used solely to fix problems.

١٢. حقوقك12. Your rights

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر أدوات التطبيق المتاحة أو عبر support@sahhara.app. حذف التطبيق يزيل البيانات المحلية لكنه لا يحذف حساب Firebase أو السجلات الخادمة؛ استخدم «حذف الحساب» لذلك. قد نتحقق من الطلب لحماية الحساب، ونوضح أي بيانات يتعين الاحتفاظ بها نظامًا.You may request access, correction, or deletion through available in-app tools or at support@sahhara.app. Deleting the app removes local data but does not delete the Firebase account or server records; use Delete Account for that. We may verify a request to protect the account and will explain any records we must legally retain.

١٣. التغييرات على هذه السياسة13. Changes to this policy

عند تحديث هذه السياسة سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني اطلاعك على النسخة المحدثة.When we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you have seen the updated version.
