غيّرت جهازي — كيف أستعيد مشترياتي؟I changed my device — how do I restore my purchase?
افتح شاشة الشراء داخل التطبيق واضغط «استعادة الشراء» (Restore Purchase) مع تسجيل الدخول بنفس حساب Apple الذي تم الشراء به. لا تُدفع أي رسوم إضافية.Open the purchase screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchase" while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. No additional charge applies.
هل تعمل مشترياتي على أجهزة عائلتي؟Do my purchases work on my family's devices?
لا توفر سحّارة حساب عائلة داخليًا، ولا تدعم مشتريات «سحّارة ألعاب» مشاركة العائلة. يرتبط شراء الحزمة بحساب سحّارة للمشتري، لكن انضمام أفراد العائلة إلى مباراة يستضيفها مالك الحزمة مجاني. وقد تختلف أهلية المشاركة في تطبيقات أو منتجات أخرى؛ راجع صفحة التطبيق المعني ووصف المنتج في App Store.Sahhara does not provide an internal family account, and Sahhara Games purchases do not support Family Sharing. A pack purchase is associated with the purchaser's Sahhara account, but family members may join a match hosted by the pack owner for free. Sharing eligibility may differ for other apps or products; check the relevant app page and the product description in the App Store.
كيف أطلب استرداد مبلغ شراء؟How do I request a refund?
طلبات الاسترداد تُقدَّم إلى Apple مباشرة عبر reportaproblem.apple.com وفق سياساتها — لا نستطيع معالجة الاسترداد من طرفنا لأن Apple تدير جميع المدفوعات.Refund requests go directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's policies — we cannot process refunds ourselves because Apple handles all payments.
هل التطبيقات مناسبة للأطفال؟Are the apps suitable for children?
نعم — صُممت جميع تطبيقات سحارة للعب العائلي: بدون إعلانات، بدون محادثات داخل التطبيق، واللعب الجماعي محلي بين الأجهزة القريبة أو بالدعوات فقط. ويمكن للوالدين إدارة الاستخدام والمشتريات عبر «وقت الشاشة» وإعدادات الموافقة على الشراء والرقابة الأبوية لدى Apple.Yes — every Sahhara app is built for family play: no ads, no in-app chat, and multiplayer is local between nearby devices or invite-only. Parents can manage use and purchases through Screen Time, purchase-approval settings, and Apple's parental controls.
هل أحتاج إنترنت للعب؟Do I need the internet to play?
اللعب على جهاز واحد أو عبر الشبكة المحلية لا يحتاج إنترنت — يكفي أن تكون الأجهزة على نفس شبكة الواي فاي حتى لو كانت بلا إنترنت. الإنترنت مطلوب فقط للميزات الأونلاين (حيثما وُجدت) ولإتمام عمليات الشراء. تفاصيل كل لعبة في صفحة مساعدتها.One-device and local-network play need no internet — devices just need the same Wi-Fi, even with no internet on it. The internet is only required for online features (where offered) and for purchases. Each game's details are on its help page.
كيف أبلّغ عن مشكلة أو محتوى غير لائق؟How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?
راسلنا عبر support@sahhara.app مع وصف المشكلة. وإن كان البلاغ عن محتوى أنشأه مستخدم (مثل حزمة أسئلة في «سحّارة ألعاب») اذكر اسم الحزمة واسم مؤلفها الظاهر — نراجع البلاغات ونستطيع سحب أي محتوى مخالف من التوزيع.Email support@sahhara.app with a description. If you are reporting user-created content (such as a question pack in Sahhara Games), include the pack name and its displayed author name — we review reports and can pull any violating content from distribution.
