الأجهزة لا تجد بعضها في اللعب المحلي — ما الحل؟Devices can't find each other in local play — what do I do?
تأكد من أربعة أمور: (١) جميع الأجهزة على نفس شبكة الواي فاي — وليست شبكة الضيوف، (٢) منح التطبيق إذن «الشبكة المحلية» من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← الشبكة المحلية، (٣) تفعيل البلوتوث والواي فاي معًا، (٤) في النسخة المجانية يستقبل المضيف جهازًا واحدًا فقط — الجهاز الثالث لن يُقبل. وإن استمرت المشكلة أغلق شاشة البحث وافتحها من جديد، أو أعد تشغيل الواي فاي على الجهازين.Check four things: (1) all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network — not the guest network, (2) the app has Local Network permission: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network, (3) Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both on, (4) on the free tier the host admits one device only — a third device won't be accepted. If it persists, close and reopen the browse screen, or toggle Wi-Fi on both devices.

To return, the player opens "Join a game" and types exactly the same name — their points and team are restored and they rejoin the current round. Note: detecting a drop can take 10–30 seconds.

The host runs rounds from the control panel (great on a TV via AirPlay) while the other devices play, and can suspend a player for rounds or remove them from the match.

نعم بطريقتين: الأولى أن من يملك النسخة الكاملة يستضيف المباراة، فيُفتح اللعب لجميع المنضمين — الانضمام مجاني دائمًا. والثانية عبر «مشاركة العائلة» من Apple إن كانت مفعّلة لديكم، فيستفيد أفراد العائلة من الشراء نفسه.Yes, in two ways: first, the Full Version owner hosts the match, which unlocks play for everyone who joins — joining is always free. Second, through Apple Family Sharing if enabled, the whole family benefits from the same purchase.
غيّرت جهازي — كيف أستعيد مشترياتي؟I changed my device — how do I restore my purchase?
افتح شاشة النسخة الكاملة داخل التطبيق واضغط «استعادة الشراء» (Restore Purchase) مع تسجيل الدخول بنفس حساب Apple الذي تم الشراء به. لا تُدفع أي رسوم إضافية.Open the Full Version screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchase" while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. No additional charge applies.
لماذا يطلب التطبيق إذن الكاميرا؟Why does the app ask for camera access?
فقط عند اختيار «التقط صورة» للصورة الرمزية للاعب. لا تُستخدم الكاميرا في أي وقت آخر، ويمكنك اختيار شخصية كرتونية 🐰🦊🐼 بلا أي أذونات. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.Only when you choose "Take a photo" for a player avatar. The camera is never used at any other time, and you can pick a cartoon character 🐰🦊🐼 with no permissions at all. Details in the Privacy Policy.
اللعب الأونلاين لا يعمل — ماذا أفعل؟Online play isn't working — what should I do?
اللعب الأونلاين يتطلب تسجيل الدخول في Game Center (الإعدادات ← Game Center) واتصالًا بالإنترنت. إن كنت مسجلًا والمشكلة مستمرة، جرّب إغلاق التطبيق وفتحه من جديد، أو التحقق من تحديث النظام والتطبيق.Online play requires being signed in to Game Center (Settings → Game Center) and an internet connection. If you're signed in and it persists, force-quit and reopen the app, or check for system and app updates.
هل اللعبة مناسبة للأطفال؟Is the game suitable for children?
نعم — صُممت للعب العائلي: بدون إعلانات، بدون محادثات داخل التطبيق، واللعب الأونلاين بالدعوات فقط عبر Game Center — لا لعب عشوائي مع غرباء. وكل محتوى اللعبة مدمج داخل التطبيق فلا يحتاج طفلك للاتصال بالإنترنت أثناء اللعب المحلي. ويمكن للوالدين تعطيل اللعب الأونلاين بالكامل عبر «وقت الشاشة» في إعدادات iOS.Yes — it's built for family play: no ads, no in-app chat, and online play is invite-only through Game Center — no random matchmaking with strangers. All game content ships inside the app, so your child never needs the internet during local play. Parents can also fully disable online multiplayer via Screen Time in iOS Settings.
كيف أغيّر لغة التطبيق أو لغة الإجابات؟How do I change the app language or answer language?
من الإعدادات داخل التطبيق: «لغة التطبيق» تغيّر الأزرار والعناوين (متوفرة بثماني لغات)، و«لغة الإجابة» تحدد لغة أسماء الدول أثناء اللعب (عربي أو إنجليزي).In the app's Settings: "App language" changes buttons and titles (8 languages available), and "Answer language" sets the language of country names during play (Arabic or English).
وضع الفصل الدراسي — كيف يبدأ المعلم الجلسة؟Classroom mode — how does the teacher start a session?
من الشاشة الرئيسية اختر «وضع الفصل الدراسي»، ثم «أنا المعلّم — أنشئ فصلًا»، واضبط التصنيف وشرط الفوز. ينضم الطلاب من أجهزتهم عبر «أنا طالب — انضم إلى فصل» على نفس الشبكة — حتى ٣٠ طالبًا، أفرادًا أو فرقًا.From the home screen choose "Classroom mode," then "I'm the teacher — create a class," and set the category and win condition. Students join from their devices via "I'm a student — join a class" on the same network — up to 30 students, solo or in teams.
هل أحتاج إنترنت للعب؟Do I need the internet to play?
لا للعب على جهاز واحد أو عبر الشبكة المحلية — يكفي أن تكون الأجهزة على نفس شبكة الواي فاي حتى لو كانت بلا إنترنت. الإنترنت مطلوب فقط للعب الأونلاين عبر Game Center ولإتمام عمليات الشراء.Not for one-device or local-network play — devices just need to be on the same Wi-Fi, even with no internet on it. The internet is only required for online play via Game Center and for purchases.
